Pui la jar, crocant pe piele, cu cartofi prăjiți la moment și mujdei tras cu ulei, nu doar usturoi zdrobit în apă.
Combinația clasică: ciorbă acrită cum trebuie, apoi mici de pe jar cu cartofi crocanți și muștar iute pe lângă.
Ciorbă de perișoare, apoi pulpă de pui la jar cu orez colorat de curcuma și legume calde, echilibrat cu varză roșie crocantă.

We started from a simple need: there was nowhere to build a daily menu from home-style food cooked over fire, not reheated.
