Mici "Aleea Nucilor" style (Breaza)

Four Aleea Nucilor-style mici from Breaza, grilled here over charcoal. They're well known in the area and have a bolder, more heavily seasoned mix. We put them on wood charcoal, not a flat-top, so they develop a crust and pick up smoke. Mustard and bread, that's all you need.
