Selgros mici

Four classic mici, cooked over wood charcoal. It's not just the mix that makes the difference, it's the fire: on a flat-top mici steam, over charcoal they brown and pick up smoke. We leave them until they tighten up and crack when pressed. With mustard and bread, the way mici are meant to be eaten.
